1. Once I make the purchase, when will my personal tree be planted?
The trees will not be planted at the time you made the purchase, The exact planting time will vary but typically it is at March~May for spring planting season, and October~Novermber for fall season. We will plant the trees at the optimal time for better survival rate of the trees. So even you made the purchase say in Jan of the year, we will still wait to March to have the trees planted.
2. How I can get the update progress of my tree?
Once you made your purchase, we will allocate your tree planting location immediately. We will share you a public page link(on google excel sheet) and you will able to visit the page to know everything about the tree. The content we shared will be multi-media: from a panoramic drone phone that tags your tree location, to the nature photographies our staff shot on your site. We are to plant 60-80 trees per each land section. So if your are planting several trees in one land, you will get only one page to you but you be assigned several trees that you purchase in that paticular land.
Can I refund my money if I no longer want to plant?
If your trees are not be planted(as per our update sheet of the land), then we can proceed refund. However if the trees have planted, then we can not refund because the cost has already been generated for us.
